My love for mixed rice is pretty much well documented. I like it because of the sheer variety it offers to everyday cooking and it is easy as well, as mostly they are one pot meals that only require a raita as opposed to making rice, a curry and a side dish phew. One such variety rice I saw and bookmarked in DK’s Chefinyou is Rajma Rice.
Rajma chawal is a famous combination in India. DK says this is another version of the item I think not, but who cares it delicious. The ingredients are easy and except for the soaking time for Rajma it really does not require too much time to cook.
