Sausage sandwich

The next few posts it is going to rain sandwiches. Today is the last day for submitting entries for cooking up something nice. Though I have always been making and photographing sandwiches, I didn’t get to posting it. Well lets remedy that now shall we. Today I am going to make a sausage sandwich.

A sausage in a piece of bread with cheese, what’s not to like? Here we go to the recipe.

Samoon Bread (or any other type bread) – 1 (cut into two halves)

Mayonnaise – 1 tsp (or according to your preference)

Ketchup – 1 tsp

Chicken sausage – 1 (pan fried in a tsp of olive oil)

Lettuce leaves- 1 (shredded)

Sliced black Olives – 1 tsp (or green)

Cheese slices – 1 or 2 (your cheese tolerance)

Method:

Split the sandwich into two and just heat in your toaster or in a frying pan, cut side down. Add Mayonnaise on one side and ketchup on the other side. Add the cheese slices, and all the other ingredients. Serve hot.
