A creamy, sweet and yummy raita… a perfect accompaniment for your pulao’s and Biryani’s.
Sweet Corn – 1 cup (Steamed with a bit of salt)
Curd – 3 cups (beaten)
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Nigella (Kalonji) seeds – ¼ tsp
Green Chillies – 2 (chopped)
Curry leaves – 4 -5
Oil – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 2 tsp
Dried Mint leaves – 1 tsp
Heat oil in a kadai. Add nigella seeds and when they are warm add the onions, green chillies, curry leaves and sauté well. Add the sweet corn and give it a good stir.
Add the sweet corn to the curd and mix well. Top with chat masala and dried mint leaves.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
