My love for mixed rice is pretty much well documented. I like it because of the sheer variety it offers to everyday cooking and it is easy as well, as mostly they are one pot meals that only require a raita as opposed to making rice, a curry and a side dish phew. One such variety rice I saw and bookmarked in DK’s Chefinyou is Rajma Rice.
Rajma chawal is a famous combination in India. DK says this is another version of the item I think not, but who cares it delicious. The ingredients are easy and except for the soaking time for Rajma it really does not require too much time to cook. So ladies here we have another winner – rice that is quick, easy, tasty and above all nutritious. This again is a recipe that I didn’t modify at all so here is the link for Rajma Rice. Enjoy
